We are excited to announce the first official public release of AudioPad! AudioPad was built out of frustration with existing bloated, ad-ridden, and paid subscription soundboards. It is completely free, open-source, and engineered for speed.

AudioPad lets you play sound clips directly through your microphone during voice calls on Discord, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and inside online games — with near-zero latency.

Key Features

  • Low-Latency Audio Routing: Built with a high-performance C++ native backend, keeping playback latency under 20ms so your audio cues land right on time.
  • Simultaneous Headphone & Mic Output: Hear sound clips through your own headset in real time while feeding clean audio into your virtual microphone.
  • Global Hotkey Support: Assign keyboard shortcuts to any sound and fire them off seamlessly even while running full-screen games.
  • Lightweight Desktop UI: Modern web-based GUI running within a memory-efficient native WebView container.
  • Cross-Platform Installers: First-class packaging for Windows (Inno Setup .exe) and Linux distributions (.deb, .rpm, .AppImage).
  • Privacy & Open Source: No accounts, no data collection, no ads, and no locked paywalls. 100% free under the GNU GPLv3 license.
